The Chariot of the Damned

Make : Toyota

Model : Supra

Year : 1990

Owner : Padraig O'Hagen

For the first feature I couldn't think of anything more perfect then Padraig's Mk3 Toyota Supra.
It's not something you'll see at car shows, or at track days, but something you'll see in the w
ee hours of the night cruising down the streets of Halifax looking for victims.
To say this car looks "evil" would be an understatement, with it's flat black paint job, overly

aggressive stance, green roll cage, and the
screams of death metal pouring out.

Moving Canvas : What started you in the tuning scene?

Padraig : I was in a rough place in my life and I've been saving for a car for a long time and had originally wanted to do an LS1 swapped Porsche 944 but I ended up seeing the ad for the Supra which back then was a blue, really nice classy MK3 and seen a lot of potential in it.

MC : Why did you pick this car?
Padraig : Because I seen a lot of potential in it, I knew it had a lot of disadvantages like a lack of full steering lock, the weight of the car, which from factory is around 3500 lbs, but I knew I could do something really special with it and do something unheard of in the MK3 scene.

MC : What or who inspired you to start modding?
Padraig : Seeing movies like Mad Max and the original 1980's Batman movies with Micheal Keaton, because when I was a kid and seen that car, that's what I wanted. And as I grew up I wanted a car that reflected how I felt and my personality so it's kind of like if I had my own Batmobile.
MC : What are the current mods done to the car?

Padraig : Roll cage
Giant bosozoku style shift knob
Broadway rear view mirror
240z Fender flares
HSD coilovers

MC : What are the future plans for the car?

Padraig : Dual side exit exhaust
Lower

18x15 work meister wheels

MC : What is your favorite part of the car?
Padraig : Definitely the body style, it's got the 80's boxxy look with the pop up headlights and square turn signals which I've always loved.

MC : What is your favorite website/forum ?

Padraig : Stanceworks.

I'd like to give a big thanks to Padraig for not only taking the time to be the first feature but helping with the pictures/editing/being awesome.
